Service Information
Fees for Two or More Notarial Acts/Signatures
- Fees are per notarial act or signature. Any request for more than one notarial act or signature will incur an additional charge for each act or signature.
- The first notarial act or signature will incur the full amount. Each additional notarial act or signature requested will be incurred at the discounted rate.
Travel Rates & Agreement
- If travel is required to complete the notary appointment, the fee will be agreed upon in advance of the travel. Travel fees are in addition to any fees for notarial acts and are not required by law. § 308-30-220 §
- A private office can be provided upon request. Please select the area that works best for you during booking.
- This travel rate is discounted for this service as it assures a higher level of safety and security of the meeting location for the notary.
- If service is requested at the hospital or a similar secure meeting location, the travel rate will be discounted to the Office Service rate.
- Office & Mobile Notary Services are available in the following areas:
- Belltown, Denny Triangle, Downtown Seattle, and South Lake Union.

Deposit & Cancellation Information
- Once the time is confirmed, all appointments require a deposit to reserve the time.
- The deposit can be paid here:
- The deposit will be applied towards the remaining amount at the time of service or the Cancellation Fee.
- If the appointment is missed or canceled within 1 hour or less of the scheduled start time, the deposit will not be refundable.
- When booking the appointment, you confirm that the payment method provided will not be refunded with the deposit should the appointment be missed without notice or cancelled within 1 hour or less of the scheduled appointment time.
After-Hours & Weekend Requests
- Limited after-hours and weekend appointments are available by request and are subject to acceptance.
- This charge is in addition to other services requested or notarial acts performed at the appointment.
- Only have availability after business hours or on the weekend?
- Let us know during booking, and we will do our best to accept your request.
- The price is based on the type of service requested:
- The After-hours rate for Remote Notary Service is $25.
- The After-hours rate for Mobile Notary Service is $50 – $75 based on location and availability.
- Office service is unavailable after hours and over the weekend.
