Services and Pricing Page
- Please review this page before booking an appointment for available services, pricing for notarial acts, pricing for additional services, and other relevant information.
- Most questions can be answered on that page, but please use this form to reach out if you do have any questions before booking.
- As stated there, by booking an appointment that includes travel/additional pricing, you agree that this pricing is in addition to the fees for the notarial act(s) requested, will be agreed upon before service is started, and understand that they are not required by law. § 308-30-220 §
Remote Notary Services Information
- Washington state has authorized the use of remote notary services per § RCW 42.45.280 §
- Please read the requirements for verifying the signer’s identity per § WAC 308-30-300 § before booking to avoid any potential delays caused by possible authentication questions.
- Identity verification is only valid for 12 hours.
- OneNotary and BlueNotary are the service providers used for remote online notary services. After the appointment is booked, you will receive an invitation via email to accept the appointment.
- First-time users will need to create an account to use the remote software.
- You will be able to upload the documents to be notarized at this time, if not already provided.
Cancellation Information
- If the appointment is missed or canceled within 1 hour or less of the scheduled start time, the deposit will not be refundable.
- When booking the appointment, you confirm that the payment method provided will not be refunded with the deposit should the appointment be missed without notice or cancelled within 1 hour or less of the scheduled appointment time.
Booking Details
- We do not guarantee that the requested appointment time will be accepted. Once you have booked an appointment, we will contact you via email to set the appointment time and confirm relevant details.
- Once the time is confirmed, all appointments require a deposit to reserve the time.
- The deposit can be paid here:
- The deposit will be applied towards the remaining amount at the time of service or the Cancellation Fee.
- Cash payments are allowed for Mobile and Office Notary appointments, but a deposit must still be made using Credit/Debit.
- If the request is to have documents notarized, the documents must include the notary certificate area.
- If this is not provided at the appointment, the documents will not be able to be signed. The applicable service charge(s) will still be incurred.
- The notary cannot provide legal advice regarding which certificate form is to be used. If the documents do not have a section for the notary to sign, you must contact whoever provided the documents, and/or a licensed attorney, to confirm which to use.
- By booking the appointment, you confirm that in the event of forgetting necessary documents, if the documents do not include a proper area for the notarial signature/certificate form, or if sufficient identification cannot be provided, the payment method provided will still be charged with any applicable Service Fees for the appointment.

Private Office
Private office from a choice of multiple locations.
- Private office provided in the area you prefer.
- Available in Belltown, Denny Triangle, Downtown Seattle, and South Lake Union only.
- Additional Pricing: Discounted 50% compared to Mobile Notary services.
